Physical education is a combination of fitness, activities, games,  and specific skill development related to movement. Our program's goal is to aid students in achieving their fullest potential through knowledge and skills neccessary to attain healthy levels of well being and to maintain an active lifestyle.

The students will be taught life lessons, problem-solving skills and teamwork. Our physical education curriculum consists of individual cardiovascular development through running, exercise, and aerobic activities. Sports skill development will be acquired through different team sports and units.

The students will communicate and work in ways that promote and maintain dignity and respect for themselves and others. They will accept responsibilities and consequences for personal decisions and behaviors. The result of students leading healthy and physical active lifestyles is seen in and increased capacity for effective work, positive behavioral choices, and increased academic success.
